Frequently asked questions

Processing
How soon will I get my money after a transaction?

Standard funding is next business day for batches closed before the daily cutoff. Weekend and holiday batches fund the next banking day. Same-day funding is available on qualifying accounts.

What is an interchange fee?

Interchange is the non-negotiable portion paid to the card-issuing bank on every transaction. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover publish these rates and no processor can discount them. What varies between providers is the markup on top.

What does 0% processing or dual pricing actually mean?

On a dual pricing or cash discount program, card-paying customers see a different posted price than cash-paying customers, and that difference offsets the processing cost. It is not free processing; the cost structure moves to the point of sale. Program availability, disclosure requirements, and card brand rules vary by state and by card brand, so we review your specific setup before enrolling you and tell you what signage and receipt language is required.

POS
Which POS systems do you install?

We are brand-agnostic. We install and support Clover, SkyTab, NRS, Valor, Square, SpotOn, Lumino, and Nuvei, and we recommend based on how you actually sell rather than what we prefer to sell.

Can I keep my current POS and just change processing?

Often yes. Many systems can be reprogrammed to a new processor. We check compatibility before proposing anything so you are not forced into new hardware.

Contracts
Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Minerva accounts have no long-term contract and no termination fees. If the program is not working for you, you can leave.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are approved within one business day. Once we have your business details and a recent processing statement, underwriting typically comes back same day and we schedule setup right after.

Equipment
Do I have to buy the terminal?

Complimentary equipment is available for qualifying businesses. Where a purchase makes more sense, we quote it plainly and you can also buy directly from our hardware shop.

Who handles installation and staff training?

We do, locally. Setup, menu build, and staff training are part of the install, and support continues after go-live.

PCI compliance
Do I have to be PCI compliant?

Yes. Every business that accepts cards must validate PCI compliance annually. It is a short questionnaire for most small merchants, and we walk you through it.

What do you charge for PCI compliance?

Nothing extra. PCI support and the annual questionnaire are included with your Minerva account, with no separate compliance charge and no non-compliance penalty from us.

Funding
How is funding qualified?

Funding is based largely on your processing volume and deposit history rather than credit score alone, which is why many merchants who were declined by a bank still qualify.

What can funding be used for?

Working capital, equipment, build-out, inventory, hiring, or refinancing existing advances. We will tell you when funding is the wrong answer.

Marketing
What is included in restaurant marketing?

Website, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads, reviews and reputation, email and SMS campaigns, loyalty, and social posting. We start with an audit and prioritize what will move revenue first.

Do I have to be a processing client to use marketing?

No. Marketing clients also get priority access to Minerva POS, processing, loyalty, gift cards, and SMS/email if and when they want it.

Online ordering
How is your online ordering different from DoorDash?

It runs on your own domain, commission-free, and the customer data stays yours. Third-party marketplaces keep both the commission and the relationship.

Can you still manage my delivery apps?

Yes. We manage DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub menus, pricing, and outages alongside your direct channel so margins hold on both.

POS Systems

POS Systems Matched to How You Sell

We're not tied to one brand. Minerva installs and supports NRS, SkyTab, Nuvei, Lumino, Square, SpotOn, and Clover, so the system you get is the one that actually fits your counter, your menu, and your margins.

Point of sale station showing an approved payment on a retail counter
Brand-agnostic by design

You shouldn't have to fit your store to a POS

By business type

What your counter actually needs

Restaurants & bars

Systems that keep tickets moving and turn tables faster

Full-service, quick-service, and bars. The floor plan decides the hardware: handhelds where servers walk, a fixed station where guests pay at the counter, a display where food gets made.

Pay-at-table handhelds that cut check times
Kitchen displays that replace paper tickets
Online ordering and tip reporting built in
Server taking payment tableside in a restaurant
Faster table turns

Orders reach the kitchen the moment they are taken, so covers move without servers walking to a station.

Tip and labor clarity

Tip pooling, shift reports, and labor cost by daypart come out of the same system that rings the sale.

Menu changes in minutes

86 an item or change a price once and it updates on every terminal, kiosk, and online menu.

Retail & grocery

Inventory that stays accurate through a busy Saturday

Shelves, SKUs, and staff. You need counts you can trust, a register that keeps up with a line, and reporting that tells you what to reorder before you run out.

Barcode scanning with real-time inventory counts
Multi-register and multi-location reporting
Loyalty and gift cards at the register
Shoppers at a retail checkout counter
Counts you can trust

Receiving, transfers, and shrink all post to one ledger, so the number on screen matches the shelf.

Faster checkout lines

Scanning, saved carts, and split payments keep a queue moving on your busiest afternoon.

Reorder before you are out

Low-stock and best-seller reports flag what to buy while there is still time to buy it.

Convenience & liquor

High SKU counts and age-restricted sales, handled

Thin margins mean the system has to be fast and the compliance has to be automatic. Preloaded catalogs and ID prompts keep the line moving without risk.

ID scanning and age-verification prompts
Preloaded catalogs for high-SKU shelves
Customer-facing screens that earn ad revenue
Shelves inside a convenience store
Compliance without thinking

Age prompts, restricted-item blocks, and audit logs are on by default, not an add-on.

Catalog already built

Tens of thousands of UPCs preloaded, so you are not typing in every SKU on day one.

Revenue from the screen

The customer-facing display can run paid placements that offset your monthly cost.

Salons & services

When the calendar matters as much as the register

Appointment-driven businesses need booking, deposits, and per-stylist reporting in the same place they take payment, not in three separate tools.

Booking, deposits, and no-show protection
Staff-level commission and tip reporting
Card on file for repeat clients
Stylist finishing a client at a salon chair
One calendar, one record

Bookings, deposits, service history, and payment live on the same client profile.

Pay your team correctly

Commission splits, product sales, and tips calculate per stylist automatically.

Fewer empty chairs

Automated reminders and waitlist fills cut no-shows without anyone making phone calls.

High-risk merchants

Placed with underwriting that actually fits

If your category gets declined or frozen elsewhere, the problem is the processor, not your business. We place accounts where the risk appetite matches.

Underwriting matched to your category
Chargeback monitoring and dispute support
Backup processing so you are never offline
Merchant packing online orders at a shipping desk
Placed, not declined

We shop your file to banks that write your category instead of hoping one says yes.

Fewer surprise freezes

Reserve terms and volume caps are agreed up front, so growth does not trip a hold.

Dispute support

Representment paperwork and evidence packages are handled with you, not left on your desk.

Platforms we install

Seven platforms, one local team behind them

NRS

Built for convenience, liquor, and bodegas

The catalog and compliance work is already done for you, and the second screen facing the customer can pay part of the cost back through advertising.

Free terminal placement for qualifying stores
Age verification and scan-data reporting
Customer-facing screen that earns ad revenue
NRS point of sale station with cash drawer, printer, and scanner
Built-in scan data

Reporting comes out structured the way distributors and brands ask for it.

Two screens, one system

The customer-facing display shows the basket while it runs your promotions.

Store-level pricing

Multi-pack pricing, combos, and EBT all handled at the register.

SkyTab

Restaurant-first, front to back of house

Shift4’s restaurant platform: handhelds for the floor, displays for the line, and ordering on your own domain instead of a marketplace.

Pay-at-table handhelds included
Online ordering without marketplace commissions
Kitchen display and ticket routing
SkyTab table-service terminal with cash drawer and receipt printer
Handhelds in the box

Pay-at-table units come with the package rather than as a per-device upsell.

Your own ordering channel

Online orders land on your domain, so you keep both the customer and the margin.

Front-to-back visibility

Ticket times, void reasons, and server performance in one report.

Nuvei

For ecommerce and multi-currency selling

An enterprise gateway for businesses selling online, across borders, or on subscription, with the payment methods international customers expect.

Hosted checkout and tokenized card vault
Alternative payment methods and multi-currency
Recurring billing for subscriptions
Nuvei logo
Built for conversion

Hosted fields, saved cards, and 3-D Secure that does not scare buyers off at checkout.

Sell across borders

Local payment methods and settlement in the currencies your customers actually use.

Subscription-ready

Retries, dunning, and card updater keep recurring revenue from quietly lapsing.

Lumino

A compact terminal for tight counters

When the counter is small and the menu is short, a smart terminal that ships ready to sell beats a full station nobody has room for.

Ships preconfigured and ready to sell
Contactless, chip, and QR payments
Small footprint, minimal staff training
Lumino brand mark: AI-powered customer segmentation
Live in minutes

Arrives configured with your menu or catalog already loaded.

Counter-friendly footprint

Fits where a full station will not, and still prints and takes tips.

Simple for new staff

Few screens to learn, so training takes a shift instead of a week.

Square

Simple pricing for newer businesses

Familiar, flat-rate, and fast to start. A good fit when volume is still building and predictability matters more than rate optimization.

Flat-rate pricing with no monthly minimum
Free basic software tier
Self-setup, with local help when you want it
Small business owner at a checkout counter
Predictable pricing

One flat rate per tap or swipe, with no monthly minimum to hit.

Grow into the tools

Payroll, invoices, and appointments can be switched on when you need them.

Local help anyway

You still get our direct line instead of only a help center.

SpotOn

POS with marketing and loyalty attached

One login for the register, the loyalty program, review requests, and campaigns, which suits owners who do not want a separate marketing stack.

Loyalty, reviews, and campaigns in one place
Reservations and waitlist for restaurants
Reporting owners actually read
SpotOn terminal with customer-facing payment display
Marketing in the register

Campaigns and loyalty run off the same customer data the POS is already collecting.

Front-of-house tools

Reservations, waitlist, and table management for full-service rooms.

Reports owners read

A short daily summary by email that is actually short enough to act on.

Clover

The widest hardware range, any storefront

Nine devices and a deep app market mean almost any workflow can be covered without leaving the platform, from a pocket reader to a self-order kiosk.

Nine devices, from Flex Pocket to Kiosk
Deep app market for niche workflows
Free equipment for qualifying merchants
Clover Station Duo with cash drawer, printer, and customer display
Hardware for any layout

Nine devices mean one platform can cover the counter, the floor, and the curb.

Apps for edge cases

Niche workflows get solved with an app instead of a system change.

Equipment programs

Qualifying merchants can start with no upfront hardware cost.

Hardware

Pick the form factor, we handle the rest

Countertop stations

A fixed register that survives a rush

Single- or dual-screen stations for a permanent checkout counter, with the peripherals staff expect and a wired connection that does not drop at peak.

Cash drawer, receipt printer, and scanner
Customer-facing display for tips and signature
Wired network for reliability at peak
Checkout register at a store counter
Everything wired in

Drawer, printer, and scanner are tested together before delivery.

Guest-facing display

Tips, signature, and loyalty prompts without turning the screen around.

Peak-hour stability

Wired network and surge protection, so a rush never takes the register down.

Handheld terminals

Take payment where the customer is

Battery-powered units for tableside ordering, curbside handoff, and line-busting, so nobody waits for the one register to free up.

All-day battery, hot-swap on busy shifts
Works on Wi-Fi or LTE
Prints receipts or texts them
Customer tapping a card on a handheld payment terminal
Order at the table

Fewer trips, fewer transcription errors, and faster checks.

Works where Wi-Fi does not

LTE fallback for patios, curbside, and offsite events.

Receipts however they want

Print, text, or email from the same device.

Self-order kiosks

Let guests order without tying up staff

Floor or counter-mounted screens that take the order and the payment. Useful when labour is short and the menu is repeatable.

Floor stand or counter mount
Upsell prompts built into the order flow
Card-only or cash-accepting configurations
Self-order kiosk screen in a lobby
Bigger average tickets

Prompted upsells and modifiers that customers actually read.

Covers a labor gap

Kiosks keep taking orders when the counter is short-staffed.

Accessible by design

Screen height, contrast, and text sizing follow ADA guidance.

Kitchen displays

Replace paper tickets and shouting

Orders route to the right station automatically and every ticket is timed, so the line can see what is late before the guest does.

Route tickets by station automatically
Timers that flag late orders
No paper, no printer jams
Chef working active tickets on a kitchen display screen
Right station, right time

Items route to the correct prep area automatically.

See what is late

Color-coded timers surface a slow ticket before the guest asks.

No consumables

No paper rolls, no ribbons, no jams mid-rush.

Mobile card readers

A register in your pocket

Pocket readers paired to a phone for farmers markets, job sites, and delivery runs, with offline handling for weak signal.

Pairs to iOS or Android in seconds
Chip, tap, and swipe accepted
Offline mode for spotty signal
Customer tapping a card on a mobile card reader
Sell anywhere

Markets, fairs, job sites, and deliveries on the same account as your store.

Same reporting

Mobile sales roll into the same day-end numbers as the register.

Offline tolerant

Take the payment now and settle when signal returns.

Brand-agnostic advice, we recommend the platform that fits, not the one that pays us most.

Hardware for every floor plan: countertop stations, handhelds, kiosks, and kitchen displays.

Free equipment programs on qualifying platforms, so there's no capital outlay to get started.

Local setup, staff training, and support from a local team, not an 800-number queue.

What we run for you
Marketing website

A site built to be found, and to sell

Website design open on a laptop screen
Key features

Mobile-first build

Designed on the phone first, where most of your customers find you, then scaled up to desktop.

Built for local search

Service, menu, and location pages structured so Google understands what you sell and where.

Conversion paths

Call, directions, order, and quote actions on every screen, not buried in a contact page.

Hosting and updates

We host, patch, and update copy or hours when your business changes. No dev ticket needed.

Common questions
Do I own the site?+

Yes. The domain and content stay yours. If you ever leave, we hand off the files.

How long does a build take?+

Most sites launch in two to four weeks once we have photos, hours, and menu or service details.

Can it connect to my POS?+

Yes, online ordering, booking, and gift card purchases can be wired to the platform you already run.

Online ordering

Commission-free ordering on your own domain

Take orders on your own site instead of handing 20 to 30 percent of every ticket to a marketplace. Menus stay in sync with your POS, and the customer, the email address, and the repeat order stay yours.

Customer completing a secure checkout on a phone
Key features

Straight into your POS

Direct orders print and route like any other ticket, with no second tablet on the counter.

No per-order commission

You pay a flat monthly rate, not a cut of every sale.

Pickup, delivery, and catering

One checkout for all three, with lead times and minimums you set.

Your customer list

Names, emails, and order history stay in your account, not a marketplace’s.

Common questions
Which POS systems does it work with?+

Clover, Toast, Square, SpotOn, and NRS are the most common. If you run something else, we will check before you commit.

Who handles delivery?+

You can dispatch through a third-party driver network or use your own drivers. Both can run side by side.

How long until it is live?+

Most restaurants are taking direct orders within two to four weeks of handing over the menu.

Delivery app management

Every delivery app, managed from one place

DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and catering platforms in a single view. Menus, hours, and pricing update once and push everywhere, and orders inject into your POS instead of piling up on tablets.

Delivery app open on a phone in front of a laptop
Key features

One menu, every channel

Change a price or 86 an item once and it lands on all connected apps.

Orders in your POS

Marketplace tickets flow into the same system as your in-store sales.

Marketplace pricing control

Set third-party menu prices separately so commissions do not eat the margin.

Refunds and disputes

We file chargeback and refund disputes on your behalf and track what comes back.

Common questions
Which marketplaces connect?+

The major delivery apps plus catering platforms. We confirm your specific list during setup.

Do I need extra tablets?+

No. The point is to retire them. Orders land in your POS.

Who updates the menus?+

We do. Send the change once and it goes out across every channel.

Branded mobile app

Your restaurant, on the home screen

An iOS and Android app under your own name and artwork. Saved cards, one-tap reorder, push notifications for specials, and loyalty balances built in, so regulars never have to open a delivery app again.

Guest ordering from a phone at a restaurant table
Key features

Listed under your brand

Your name, logo, and photography in both app stores.

Push notifications

Announce a special or a slow Tuesday without paying for reach.

One-tap reorder

Saved cards and past orders turn a regular into a two-tap sale.

Loyalty inside the app

Points and rewards visible at checkout and redeemable in store.

Common questions
Do I need a separate developer?+

No. We build, submit, and maintain the app, including store updates.

Does it share the online ordering menu?+

Yes. One menu drives the website, the app, and your POS.

What if I have multiple locations?+

Location picker is built in, with per-location hours and menus.

Local SEO

Rank where hungry customers are searching

Content and technical work aimed at the searches that actually bring people through your door, neighborhood terms, service pages, and citations kept consistent everywhere you appear.

Search analytics dashboards open on a tablet and laptop
Key features

Keyword research by neighborhood

We target the dishes, cuisines, and neighborhood terms your customers actually type.

Location and service pages

One well-structured page per service and area, instead of one thin page trying to rank for everything.

Citation cleanup

Name, address, and phone corrected across the directories Google cross-checks.

Monthly reporting

Rankings, calls, and direction requests in a one-page summary you can read in five minutes.

Common questions
How fast will I see movement?+

Local map results often shift in 30 to 90 days. Competitive terms take longer, and we say so up front.

Do you guarantee first place?+

No one honestly can. We report the metrics that pay: calls, directions, and form fills.

Is there a contract?+

No long-term contract. Month to month, like everything else we do.

Google Business Profile

Your Google listing, actively managed

Most local customers judge you on the listing before they ever reach the website. We keep yours complete, posted to, and answered, so it works like a second storefront.

Google Business Profile page viewed through a magnifier
Key features

Full profile buildout

Categories, services, attributes, hours, and photos completed properly the first time.

Weekly posts

Offers, events, and updates published so the listing stays active in Google’s eyes.

Q&A and messaging

Common questions seeded and answered; incoming messages monitored on weekdays.

Photo management

New product and interior photos added monthly, sized and tagged correctly.

Common questions
I already have a listing. Can you take it over?+

Yes. We request manager access, ownership stays with you.

What about duplicate or suspended listings?+

Merges and reinstatement requests are handled as part of setup.

Does posting actually matter?+

Active profiles surface more often in the local pack and win more direction requests.

Reviews & reputation

More reviews, collected automatically

After each sale, a request goes out by text or email. Happy customers land on Google; unhappy ones reach you first, before they reach the internet.

Customer leaving a five-star review on a phone
Key features

POS-triggered requests

A text or email goes out after checkout, while the visit is still fresh.

Smart routing

Positive experiences head to Google; complaints route privately to you first.

One inbox

Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews in a single dashboard with response templates.

Alerts

Immediate notification on anything below four stars, so you can respond the same day.

Common questions
Is filtering reviews allowed?+

We never block reviews. We ask for feedback first and give unhappy customers a direct line to you.

How many more reviews should I expect?+

Merchants who ask consistently usually collect several times their previous volume.

Do I have to write the responses?+

Templates cover most cases. You approve or edit before anything posts.

Email & SMS campaigns

Campaigns that use what your POS already knows

Segment customers by what they buy and how often, then send offers timed to your slow days rather than blasting the whole list every week.

Email campaign inbox open on a laptop
Key features

POS-built segments

Lapsed customers, top spenders, and category buyers pulled from real transactions.

Automated flows

Welcome, winback, birthday, and slow-day offers running without you touching them.

Compliance handled

Opt-in language, quiet hours, and unsubscribe management set up correctly.

Revenue attribution

Redemptions matched back to campaigns, so you know what each send earned.

Common questions
Will texting annoy my customers?+

Frequency is capped and every send has a reason. Opt-out rates stay low when the offer is relevant.

Do I need a list to start?+

No. Collection starts at the terminal and on your site from day one.

Can I approve every send?+

Yes, approval on each campaign, or fully hands-off. Your call.

Loyalty programs

Turn one-time buyers into regulars

Points, visits, or spend-based programs that enroll customers at the terminal in seconds, nothing to download, nothing for your staff to memorize.

Customer handing a loyalty card across a counter
Key features

Enrollment at checkout

Phone number or tap at the terminal. No app download for the customer.

Flexible rewards

Points, visit counts, or spend thresholds, whichever fits your margins.

POS-native redemption

Rewards apply at the register, so staff never do mental math.

Reporting

Enrollment, redemption, and repeat-visit rate tracked every month.

Common questions
Will this slow down my line?+

Enrollment takes a few seconds, and returning customers are recognized automatically.

What reward level makes sense?+

We model it against your average ticket before launch so the margin holds.

Does it work across locations?+

Yes. Balances follow the customer to any store on the same account.

Menu pricing

Pricing that protects the margin on every channel

Third-party orders cost you more to fulfill, so they should not carry the same price as your dine-in menu. We set channel-specific pricing, adjust by daypart and demand, and report margin per channel so you can see what each one really pays.

Chef plating dishes on a restaurant pass
Key features

Channel-specific pricing

Dine-in, direct online, and marketplace menus priced independently.

Commission recovery

Marketplace prices set to absorb the fee instead of your margin.

Daypart adjustments

Different pricing for peak dinner rush than for a quiet weekday lunch.

Margin by channel

A monthly read on what each ordering channel actually contributes.

Common questions
Will customers notice higher app prices?+

Marketplace pricing above menu price is standard practice, and it is disclosed on the app, not on your own site.

Do I approve the changes?+

Yes. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, and you can lock any item.

Can I keep prices flat?+

Yes. Some operators use this only for reporting. That is a fine place to start.

Social media

A consistent presence, without the daily scramble

A monthly content calendar built around photos of your actual products and specials, plus replies to the comments and messages that come back.

Social feed open on a phone held in one hand
Key features

Monthly content calendar

Drafted and approved before anything goes out, so nothing surprises you.

Photography direction

Shot lists for your products, so posts use real images instead of stock.

Cross-posting

Instagram, Facebook, and Google posts from a single plan.

Community management

Comments and DMs monitored on weekdays, escalated to you when needed.

Common questions
How often will you post?+

Typically three to five times a week, adjusted to your category.

Do I have to supply photos?+

Helpful, not required. We provide shot lists and can arrange a shoot.

Can I post my own things too?+

Of course. The calendar is a floor, not a ceiling.

Gift cards

Gift cards that bring new faces in

Branded physical and digital cards sold at the counter and online, with balances and liability tracked inside the POS you already run.

We follow Texas rules on expiration and fees, and set the terms with you.

Can they be used across locations?+

Yes, when your locations run on the same POS account.

Marketing clients also get priority access to Minerva POS, processing, loyalty, gift cards, and SMS/email. One partner for everything.

Term loans

A fixed schedule you can plan a year around

Amortizing loans for expansion, buildouts, or refinancing more expensive debt, one payment amount and one end date, instead of a daily draw that moves with your batches.

$10,000 to $10,000,000
Terms from two to ten years
Fixed monthly payments
Owner reviewing loan terms and figures
Refinance costly debt

Consolidate daily-payment advances into a single predictable monthly payment.

Buildouts and expansion

Fund a second location with terms matched to how fast it ramps.

Prepay without penalty

Pay early on most programs and keep the interest you save.

Price a term loan
Merchant cash advance

Repayment that flexes with your sales

An advance against future card sales, repaid as a fixed percentage of each daily batch. Slow week, smaller payment. It is the fastest option available, and the one we are most careful about recommending.

$20,000 to $50,000,000
Funding often within 24 hours, terms of 3 to 18 months
No fixed monthly payment
Shop owner at the register reviewing sales
Approval on volume, not FICO

Thin or damaged credit histories are frequently still approved.

Cost stated as a factor rate

You know the total payback before signing, not an APR you have to model.

Renewals at 50% paid

Most programs allow additional funding once half the balance is retired.

See if an advance makes sense
Check eligibility

What it actually takes to get approved

Most businesses qualify for at least one program. Here is what underwriters look at before anything is submitted, so you are not spending a hard credit pull to find out.

Three months in business for most programs
$20,000 or more in monthly deposits for most programs
No open bankruptcies
Bank statements and paperwork on a desk
Soft pull first

We pre-screen without touching your credit score.

What we will ask for

Three months of bank and processing statements, plus a signed application.

An answer within a day

A yes, a no, or the specific thing to fix, usually the same day.

ATM Services

ATM Services That Put Cash Flow Back in Your Corner

Add a revenue stream and keep customers on-site with a fully managed ATM program. Minerva handles placement, installation, cash loading options, and 24/7 monitoring, and sources machines, parts, and repairs through our partner ATMTrader by NationalLink.

Placement & Install

We assess your space, recommend the right unit, and handle delivery and installation so your ATM is earning from day one.

Cash & Compliance

Choose your own cash loading or let us manage it, with compliant handling and reporting that keeps everything above board.

Monitoring & Support

Round-the-clock monitoring and 24/7 support mean issues are caught early and your machine stays up and earning.

What we supply and service
ATM machines

Genmega and Nautilus Hyosung, sized to your floor

We source machines through our partner ATMTrader by NationalLink, so you get current Genmega and Nautilus Hyosung models with US stock and fast shipping. Countertop, freestanding, and through-the-wall units, all EMV compliant out of the box.

Freestanding ATM in a retail entryway
Key features

Genmega lineup

Onyx, G2500, 1700W, and G1900 units for convenience stores, bars, and small footprints.

Nautilus Hyosung lineup

Halo II, 2700CE, and 1500SE machines for higher-volume locations.

EMV and NFC ready

Chip and contactless card reading standard, so you are not retrofitting later.

Install included

Delivery, anchoring, network setup, and a test transaction before we leave.

Common questions
Do I buy or lease?+

Both. Buying earns you the full surcharge; a placement program costs nothing up front and splits the revenue.

How long is delivery?+

Most in-stock units ship within a few business days from US inventory.

Which model fits my store?+

We look at foot traffic, floor space, and cash volume, then recommend one unit rather than a catalog.

Refurbished units

Certified refurbished machines at a lower entry cost

If a new unit is more than the location needs, refurbished Genmega and Hyosung machines are tested, cleaned, updated to current software, and shipped with a warranty. Same processing, same reporting, lower cost per placement.

Technician servicing the inside of an ATM cabinet
Key features

Tested before shipping

Dispenser, reader, printer, and keypad checked under load, not just powered on.

Current software and EMV

Units ship on current firmware with EMV readers, so they pass compliance.

Warranty coverage

Parts warranty on refurbished units, with advance exchange available.

Good for second locations

A practical way to add machines without a new-equipment budget.

Parts and upgrade kits

Upgrade kits and spare parts, in stock

Compliance deadlines and worn hardware do not have to mean a new machine. Keypad, EMV, and NFC upgrade kits plus common spares ship from US inventory, and we can install them or walk your team through it.

Electronic components and circuit boards laid out on a bench
Key features

PCI keypads

PCI-compliant EPP keypads and upgrade kits for Genmega, Hantle, and Hyosung units.

EMV upgrade kits

Bring an older machine up to chip-card standards instead of replacing it.

NFC bezel kits

Add contactless card reading to existing Onyx, G2500, and C6000 bezels.

Locks and spares

La Gard locks, card readers, printers, and dispenser parts kept on the shelf.

Common questions
Will an upgrade kit fit my machine?+

Kits are model and revision specific. Send us the model and serial and we confirm before ordering.

Can you install it?+

Yes, on machines in our service area. Otherwise the kits ship with instructions and tutorial videos.

Wireless connectivity

No phone line, no shared store network

Wireless 4G LTE kits keep the machine on its own connection, which means fewer declines and no dependence on the store router. A dashboard shows uptime and data usage per terminal.

Network connectivity illustrated over a city at night
Key features

Dedicated LTE line

The ATM stops competing with POS and guest Wi-Fi for bandwidth.

Faster approvals

A stable connection cuts timeouts and mid-transaction failures.

Uptime dashboard

See which machines are online and how much data each one uses.

Simple install

Plug-in modem and antenna, no cabling run across the store.

Repair center

Board-level repair instead of replacement

Dispensers, card readers, printers, and main boards get repaired at a dedicated repair center rather than written off. Advance exchange keeps the machine earning while yours is on the bench.

Repair technician working on hardware at a bench
Key features

Depot repair

Send the part or module in, get it back tested and warrantied.

Advance exchange

A working unit ships out before yours arrives, on eligible parts.

Diagnostics first

We confirm the fault before quoting, so you are not paying for guesses.

Repair or replace call

If a repair does not make economic sense, we say so.

Paper and signage

The small things that keep an ATM earning

Receipt paper by the case, LED ATM signs, window and sidewalk signage, and toppers. Machines people cannot see do not get used, and machines out of paper generate service calls.

Receipt printing from an ATM
Key features

Thermal receipt paper

Standard ATM rolls by the case, so you are never out mid-shift.

LED ATM signs

Lit signs with halo options that read from across the parking lot.

Window and floor signage

Coroplast arrows and "ATM inside" signs to pull traffic in.

Toppers and decals

Branded toppers and surcharge notices that meet disclosure rules.

ATM processing

Surcharge revenue, settled on a schedule you can plan around

Transaction processing runs through the same partner network, with surcharge revenue reported per machine and settled on a set schedule. You see volume, uptime, and earnings by location instead of one lump number.

Financial reporting and receipts on a desk
Key features

Per-machine reporting

Transactions, surcharge earned, and dispense totals by terminal.

Set settlement schedule

Surcharge revenue arrives on a predictable cadence.

Surcharge you control

You set the withdrawal fee within network and state rules.

Compliance handled

Disclosure, receipt, and reporting requirements built into setup.

Common questions
Who keeps the surcharge?+

On a machine you own, you do. On a placement program, it is split, and the split is written down before you sign.

Can I load my own cash?+

Yes. Load it yourself or use an armored service, and we set the vaulting and reporting accordingly.

Support and resources

Error codes, downloads, and a phone that gets answered

When a machine throws a code at 9pm, you need an answer, not a ticket. Between our support line and the partner resource library, most faults are cleared without a service visit.

Headset resting on a laptop at a support desk
Key features

Error code lookup

Plain-language explanations for Genmega and Hyosung fault codes.

Software downloads

Current firmware and utility downloads for supported models.

Menu navigation guides

Step-by-step operator menu walkthroughs for cassette, denomination, and surcharge changes.

Tutorials and video

Short videos for loading cash, clearing jams, and swapping paper.
